Boutique Visual Effects company is seeking a reliable, hard-working office manager for Culver City office. The office manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations, performing front desk duties, and managing our social media. Multitasking and attention to detail are required.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting all visitors/clients
- Answering main phone line and transferring/screening calls
- Managing executive schedule
- Ordering supplies and maintain facilities, including kitchen, craft service, shipping, mail, office supplies, etc
- Assisting coordinator and VFX supervisor with admin or creative work as needed
- Maintaining our online presence through social media and online engagement including regular updates on Facebook and twitter pages, maintaining presence and gaining interest in the company and our work
Must have a cell phone and daily access to a vehicle. Great communication skills and phone skills are a must. We are looking for an upbeat personality, someone who is self-motivated and wants to learn. The ideal candidate would be INTERESTED IN POST PRODUCTION and have a DESIRE TO GROW in the industry. Previous admin and industry experience preferred.
This position offers a lot of room from growth and is recommended for someone with interest in Post Coordinating.
Compensation is salaried with health benefits. Salary is dependent upon experience and qualifications.
