Full Time Job
BMI is looking to fill temporary positions that research businesses using music for Licensing’s Sales department. This position, available from March – June 2016, is for 28 hours/week. Shifts are scheduled within work hours that include Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 8:00 pm. A six-hour shift per workday is a minimum requirement for the role. This temporary position will work out of BMI’s Nashville office.
FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
Makes outbound calls to businesses for the purpose of discovering whether or not a business uses music. Primary responsibilities of the job include:
• Outbound calling to businesses to identify music use and ownership information
• Conduct research using internal resources, internet, and social media platforms
• Documents call and research results through the use of a CRM/Salesforce

• Thrives in a competitive environment
• Excellent rapport building through communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with technology tools (Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM/Salesforce)
• Desire to work hard and have fun
• High school degree or equivalent required
• One year experience in office environment preferred
