POSITION SUMMARY: Coordinate and complete large, multi-year cooperative initiatives that span the organization with impacts on internal software builds and operational business department process changes. Orchestrate strategic results and achieve broad program goals.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
Essential Functions: which may be representative, but not all inclusive of those commonly associated with this position.
• Responsible for the coordination and completion of large, multi-year projects primarily focused on third party cooperative initiatives and joint ventures
• Plan and implement schedules and monitor program from inception through delivery ensuring all deadlines are met
• Define and report program status, development issues and success metrics
• Identify and monitor areas of risk
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve costs, performance and schedule
• Manage and ensure program budgets are met
• Facilitate communication and coordinate among projects
• Manage stakeholder engagement and satisfaction
• Maintain awareness of trends, business conditions, internal processes and practices impacting component projects or overall program
• Adhere to standard project management methodologies and reporting techniques with an eye toward maintaining an Agile technology delivery approach
• Interact with all levels of resources, including Senior Executives, to achieve results regardless of corporate or political obstacles
Physical/Visual Activities or Demands: Physical/visual activities or demands that are commonly associated with the performance functions of this job.
• Sitting, talking, hearing, and walking.
• Concentrated mental and visual attention with normal hand-eye coordination. D Clarity of vision at 20 inches B corrected or uncorrected.
• Generally negligible physical effort, but occasional moving of 1 to 10 lb. items.
• Travel requirement up to 30%
Environmental/Atmospheric Conditions: Environmental and atmospheric conditions commonly associated with the functions of this job.
Normal office conditions.
POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in related Business, Finance, Technology or other relevant education.
Experience:
• Minimum of five years’ project management experience
• Four years’ agile/ scrum experience
• Demonstrated track record of delivery management across both technology and business work streams with third party coordination and collaboration is a must
• Experience with Joint Venture projects and/or third party solution implementation with customer involvement in the process is preferred
• Knowledge of project management and agile methodologies/concepts
