The Senior Integrated Producer reports to the Director of Production and is responsible for managing all aspects of the clients' 360 marketing campaigns, including print, out-of-home, AV, websites, social creative, digital banners, and PR events, from concept to final delivery. The Senior Integrated Producer works with AEs, CDs, designers, programmers, developers, Traffic Coordinator and Production Manager across various departments, as well as the clients, to ensure smooth process flow and successful campaigns. The right candidate has applicable experience in entertainment across print, AV and digital platforms, multi-tasks effortlessly, leads by example, and brings a positive attitude to each day.
Position Responsibilities:
The Senior Integrated Producer manages multiple fast-paced projects at any given time and is the key point person for both the internal team and the clients on each job under his/her watch. The Senior Integrated Producer drafts schedules and SOWs, runs daily internal touchbase meetings, works with the clients, leads calls with 3rd party vendors, collects assets, creates creative review links, problem solves and determines resource needs for each project they oversee. When the project requires it, the Senior Integrated Producer teams up with mid or junior level producers as well as the digital Traffic Coordinator for various aspects of the campaign, and must be able to mentor, set the right tone and delegate well.
Job Requirements:
- 3 - 4 years hands-on experience at fast-paced creative agency
- Strong understanding of print, AV, digital, and social media
- Experience working with 3rd party rich media vendors like Double Click, Pointroll and MediaMind/Sizmek.
- Can demonstrate previous 360 campaign experience; including print, out-of-home, AV, websites, HTML5 banners and social creative
- Team Player
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with taking and giving direction
- Able to work independently and communicate up any issues or concerns, while maintaining a collaborative relationship with the rest of the team and departments
- Proven track record of successful work with high-profile, industry clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for MAC, Adobe Acrobat, Google Docs and media plans/specs
- Observational knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, AfterEffects, and HTML5
- This is a client-facing position, the right candidate will have prior experience working with external clients on multiple projects at once
