The Jr Account Executive position will support the Account Executive and help manage strong/ lasting relationships with client accounts and deliver services in a profitable manner. Candidates must demonstrate either agency or client side experience along with general knowledge and enthusiasm for the entertainment industry.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with colleagues on accounts and helping manage existing client relationships. Position requires the ability to work evenings and occasionally weekends and holidays if necessary.
Responsibilities:
• Support Account Executive in daily assigned client service activities.
• Track all revisions, creative explorations, and deliverables for budgeting purposes.
• Keep accurate and organized inventory of all assets.
• Schedule internal and external meetings.
• Proof all creative and ensure all client brand guidelines are adhered to.
• Attend internal and off site meetings to represent the department and provide detailed feedback to the Account Executive and/or Creative teams.
• Engage in weekly AE meetings to report billing and project status.
• Deliver marketing services to each client in a timely manner when needed.
• Work closely with Strategy, Producers, Creative Directors, Developers, and other departments in the division, as well as other divisions within the agency.
• Ensure all Producers and Creative teams have the assets and information required.
Requirements:
• 360 marketing experience (including social management) is preferred.
• Possess a natural ability to engage clients both personally and professionally.
• Extremely organized and detail oriented.
• Capacity to handle a wide variety of tasks and assignments in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, both orally and in written form.
• Effectively present information in both one-on-one and group situations to clients and other employees of the agency.
• Desire to learn and engage effectively with peers.
• Flexibility, responsiveness, and the capability to ''think on your feet.''
• Familiarity with Microsoft programs, Apple programs, Power Point, Google docs, etc.
