The Producer reports to the Director of Production and is responsible for managing the production process of websites, social apps, banner campaigns, games, social creative/experiences and more from concept to final delivery. An opportunity to work on print and AV projects in addition to digital is also possible. The Producer is the key liaison between the client and the internal creative/development teams. The right candidate must have prior client-facing experience. The Producer works together with the Account Executive to provide a seamless experience for clients by managing the day-to-day production of projects. The right candidate has applicable digital experience in entertainment across digital platforms, multi-tasks well and brings a positive attitude every day.
Position Responsibilities:
The Producer manages multiple fast-paced projects at any given time and is the key point person for both the internal team and the clients on each project under their watch. The Producer drafts schedules and SOWs, runs daily internal touchbase meetings, works with the clients, leads calls with 3rd party vendors, collects assets, creates creative review links, problem solves and determines resource needs for every project they oversee. The Producer may support the Senior Integrated Producers on larger accounts from time to time, but generally have their own projects to run.
Job Requirements:
- 2 - 3 years hands-on experience at fast-paced advertising agency
- Experience working with 3rd party rich media vendors like DoubleClick, Pointroll and Sizmek is a MUST
- Mid-level understanding of digital landscape, social media and entertainment industry
- Comfortable with QA of sites and banners; knows what to look for
- Can demonstrate previous rich media banner campaign, Flash/HTML websites and social app experience
- Self-starter with understanding of urgency and ability to prioritize without much outside direction
- Ability to work well collaborating with a team and independently
- Solid problem-solving skills with an emphasis on being proactive, not reactive
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Observational knowledge of Photoshop, AfterEffects, Flash and HTML
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for MAC, Google Docs and media plans for banner campaigns
- HTML5 banners, print and AV experience a plus
- Applicants with rich media banner campaign experience are preferred
