BLT Communications, LLC, one of the leading entertainment creative advertising agencies in Hollywood, is looking to hire a Coordinator for their Home Entertainment Department. Candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills and be detail oriented. Should be able to juggle multiple projects at once and work well under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment. Ideal candidate should be a team player with a can-do attitude.
RESPONSIBILITIES (Include but not limited to…)
•Working with Account Executives, Designers, and Clients to shepherd print projects through approvals and coordinate under tight deadlines.
•Supervise a variety of projects through the back-end stages of a campaign's completion.
•Support Account Executives with campaign management from kick-off, through revisions and final delivery.
•Work with Production Artists to coordinate their workload and traffic their workflow.
•Collaborating with Account Executives on client invoicing and other internal billing needs.
•Proofreading: Cross checking layouts against briefs for accuracy.
•Getting appropriate internal approvals of layouts, and scheduling.
•Data input based on briefs from AEs and/or Creatives
•Research background info for entertainment projects.
•Experience Working on Multiple Projects Simultaneously Under Tight Deadlines
•General familiarity with creation and completion of print creative advertising elements.
•Strong Attention to Detail
•Collaborative Team Player
•Strong Verbal and Written Skills
•Bachelor Degree required
•Experience Working with Word, Excel, Filemaker
•General Mac experience a must
•Knowledge of Photoshop and print production a plus
