Do you want to create digital marketing properties for movies and TV shows? Great, because BLKBX is looking for you! BLKBX is a creative group in the heart of Hollywood that works with clients in entertainment, content, brands, and technology to bring habanero-hot ideas to the digital space. We're looking for an exceptional Digital Project Manager who is a team player and passionate about creating groundbreaking digital experiences. Ideally your experience at an entertainment-focused digital agency will include creative concepting; management of website, banner campaigns, and web game projects; producing social content/campaigns; and facilitating the pitch process.
As our ideal candidate, you will:
- Be ready to hit the ground running, even if dropped from great heights.
- Posses a pro-active, positive, collaborative attitude with the confidence to lead a team and/or marching band.
- Thrive in a creative environment where expressing yourself is crucial (Vogue-ing is also critical).
- Be at once tough and strong, yet calm and fair-minded, with a fun energy.
- Be equally comfortable working with our internal team as interacting with clients. Try not to wear your knickers around clients though.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years in a digital marketing environment; entertainment client or agency experience is preferred but not required
- A strong understanding and solid experience in the social and influencer space, including keeping up-to-date with various networks/platforms, apps, and trends
- Experience producing a range of digital projects in a tight timeframe with a fixed amount of resources
- An understanding of the digital space, including what can be done, what should be done, and the limits and possibilities of commonly used technologies
- Excellent written and language skills, with the ability to effectively communicate both technical information and creative ideas - Experience with client interaction and management
- Ability to identify potential negative or crisis situations and suggest resolutions
- Must be able to work locally, on site
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Maintaining project documentation, including: Scope of Work, sitemaps and wireframes, and Banner LCDs from provided media plans
- Setting up and running kickoffs, scrums, and check-in meetings
- Coordinating and leading brainstorms, and shepherding the pitch process
- Copywriting for a variety of project types and pitches
- Making sure all needed assets are in-house
- Creating review links and documents for clients
- Reviewing and quality checking deliverables before sending to clients
- Setting daily milestones for internal team
- Working with the production team to assign resources appropriately
- Following / enforcing established workflow processes
- Resolving problems in a timely and diplomatic fashion
- Mentoring and inspiring a team of people at varying levels
