This is a Full Time Job
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Coordinate with shoot producer on production aspects of various ad campaign, catalog and editorial shoots
• Manage production of e-commerce and still life photo shoots for all BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP brands
• Work with creative director on various talent approvals for photo shoots, fit needs and special events
• Work with various agents across the board to negotiate competitive rates for models, hair stylists, makeup artists, wardrobe stylists, prop stylists, set designers and photographers
• Conduct on-going model casting efforts in New York and Los Angeles as well as remotely in Miami, San Francisco, etc. For photo shoots, fittings and special events
• Secure video vendors for various video production needs and manage process from initiation to final delivery
• Coordinate production of seasonal web videos, runway show videos, quarterly product knowledge videos for retail/wholesale, annual corporate videos and other miscellaneous video requests
• Oversee video archive and ensure video is captured and collected as needed from various events, etc
• Support budget maintenance and track invoices for various advertising related projects
• Organize and manage comprehensive model database
• Work on special projects as needed

Education and/or Experience
• Minimum 2 years relevant professional experience in a Corporate environment
• Must have previous experience with Video and Photography production
• Previous Model casting experience is a requirement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Pro and In Design
