Full Time Job
Big Frame, Hollywood's first management company to prioritize working with digitally native creators, and an affiliate of AwesomenessTV, is looking for an exceptional candidate for the role of Executive-Administrative Assistant. Must have 1-2 years experience working as an assistant and general familiarity with talent management and the YouTube ecosystem. Ideal candidates will be passionate about their work, comfortable with long hours and being in constant communication, and excited by the notion of a fast-paced environment on the cutting edge of the entertainment business. Compensation includes salary and full benefits.
Role responsibilities include:
- Answer phones, schedule and maintain executives' client meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and clients
- Track and submit expenses for reimbursement
- Communicate talent information across all key departments
- General administrative duties such as ordering office supplies, managing computer and cell phone needs, etc
- Exceptional talent client service contingent on project / campaign needs per executive requests - sometimes includes night and weekend work
- Attending industry events with executives and clients as needed on nights / weekends
Experience / Qualifications:
- College degree
- 1-2 years experience in an exec assistant role within the entertainment industry
- Reside in Los Angeles
- Experience in a talent agency, talent mgmt or production company is a plus
- Commitment of minimum 1 year
- Adept with Microsoft Office and Google doc suite. Photoshop is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and oral communications, and a great attitude is necessary
- A passion for digital entertainment / YouTube and an active social media presence is encouraged

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities. We work in a very fast-paced environment and exceptional and timely client service is a must
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to anticipate and solve problems
- Ideal candidate will possess initiative, be diplomatic and be flexible under all circumstances
- Interpersonal skills are a must as the position requires building relationships with production crew, finance, business affairs, sales and creative departments
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential material
