SALES ASSISTANT
Avalon Apparel, LLC is seeking a Sales Assistant to provide administrative support for our sales staff.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience, is extremely organized with high attention to detail, maintain and develop effective communication and relationships with accounts, and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities:
* Pull Picture Packets from Market
* Pull Art / Print Options
* Format & Fill in Pricing Grids to send to buyers
* Pull Best Sellers for Market/Appointments
* Pull Graphic/Body Inspirations from websites as needed - training will be given
* Review costing emails from Production and print
* PO emails from Buyers- print and distribute
* ''Comp shop'' the websites of Salesperson's accounts & pull anything that is new from week to week
* Keep organizing & bobbling the lines as needed before & after markets
* Email accounts to set up appointments for market
* Email accounts for tag on orders
Requirements:
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, searching websites, and retail math.
1-2 years experience preferred, but will train the right recent graduate
Highly organized and responsible
