This is not an entry-level position
The Association of Talent Agents (ATA), a non-profit trade association representing talent agencies across the United States, is seeking a high level full-time Executive Assistant/ Administrator.
IMPORTANT:
Do not apply unless you have at least two years experience as an Executive Assistant/Administrator.
Provide all administrative office duties. Schedule and coordinate events, meetings and seminars. Work with the board of directors and take notes at all meetings. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. The position requires literacy using MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) and website content maintenance. College degree and related experience required.
Ideal candidate must have ability to use independent judgement to manage projects/initiatives from start to end.
