The Ardmore Music Hall is searching for interns to help foster a vibrant and unique live music community at the 600 capacity music venue. Since the 1980s, the building at 23 East Lancaster Ave has hosted a number of artists who have gone on to enjoy national and global prominence. Previously named 23 East Cabaret and Brownies 23 East, the venue was rebranded in 2013 and now continues its musical legacy as The Ardmore Music Hall. The venue is located on the Main Line, just 3 miles outside of Philly and a 15 minute train ride from 30th Street Station.
As an intern at AMH, you will assist the management team and venue staff in several areas of venue operations and promotions. While your internship will develop a specific focus, all interns will be asked to help out with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: box office, venue marketing, artist hospitality, green room preparation, street teaming, in-house venue promotion, merchandise sales, and more. This is an unpaid internship, but there may be opportunities to work paid shifts. If you are interested in the live music industry, this is a great opportunity to learn and understand the importance of every piece in the complex puzzle of booking and running a concert venue.
Qualifications:

-Genuine interest and passion for live music
-Self-starter and ambitious
-Detail oriented and able to show initiative

-Able to work a minimum of 2 days a week in the office and 1 night a week during shows
-Relevant experience preferred but not required
