Ant Farm is seeking an energetic, reliable self-starter to join the leading entertainment advertising company as a Production Coordinator. Candidate must be able to thrive in a rapidly evolving, high growth company. We are searching for a fast learner with interests in advertising, post-production, experiential marketing, game marketing and technology. This position reports to the Executive Producer/Creative Director. This is a long-term freelance position, which will become a full time staff position with benefits for the right candidate.
Knowledge and Skills:
• University degree preferred
• A working knowledge of the post production process is required and must have a basic understanding of digital storage and tape formats
• Must be proactive, able to multi-task, detail oriented, collaborative and work well under pressure
• Must have exceptional people skills in dealing with demanding clients
• Team player attitude
• Ability to perform with minimal supervision
• Massively strong organizational skills and list management
• Heavy computer work, very Mac savvy, strong skills in Excel, Word and Entourage/Outlook. Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator or demonstrated ability to learn
• Love of games is not required, but a PLUS
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate producers, editors and creative directors to project schedules
• Daily asset management across multiple projects
• Create and disseminate meeting notes as needed
• Script and VO talent coordination and transcription
• Managing video and audio finishes with post houses
• Assist/Oversee media export and versioning in post finishing
• Create legal slates in Photoshop
• Create, manage and track purchase orders
• General office support
• Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as needed
• Must be able to work very long hours
