Ant Farm is a full-service agency specializing in entertainment marketing and content creation has an immediate opening for an entry level freelance TV & Broadcast Assistant that can assist our TV & Broadcast Department to work with our team on world-class properties. This is a temporary freelance position which may turn into a full time position with benefits.

Job responsibilities include assisting in the production of our Television & Broadcast department for a wide variety of programs, ranging from primetime television shows (CBS, NBC, etc.) to original online content (Amazon, ComicConHQ, etc.) and viral social media (Disney). You must have excellent organizational skills and work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
YOU WILL:
• Assist and support a team of experienced producers
• Manage and organize incoming assets and client hard drives
• Communicate with internal teams on project status, daily needs, and web updates
• Perform quality control, review of final files, and oversee deliverables
• Prepare and gather pitch material for presentations
• Track schedule and deadlines for all active productions
• Organization and processing of talent contracts
- QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• 1 - 2 years related experience
• College degree in related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and Keynote or PowerPoint
• Interest in television/streaming marketing content creation and post-production process
• Basic knowledge of broadcast and film standards is a plus
• Problem solving skills are necessary
• Outstanding verbal, written communication, and presentation skills, as well as great interpersonal skills are required
