Ant Farm, a leading creative entertainment company seeks a Chief of Staff to join their team. Candidate should be an energetic, reliable self-starter and must be seeking a long-term commitment and be able to thrive in a rapidly evolving, high growth company.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and coordinate company events
• Meet weekly with President to present new ideas for events, publicity, employee wellness and progress checks
• Manage social media platforms for the company (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Provide strategic guidance to President of the Company
• Update the Company website regularly
• Handle administrative responsibilities for President
• Manage Outlook Calendar for President of the Company
• Handle all incoming calls as needed
• Coordinate travel logistics
• Manage and delegate tasks for meetings, special projects and external or internal
corporate related events.
• Handle coordination of all client appreciation gifts
• Develop proposals and reports
• Negotiate, review and manage contracts/legal materials for internal approval
• Manage expense reports and budgets
• Regulate and acquire insurance requests for various projects
• Assist in the coordination of gathering imperative content and information for RFPs
• Organize information for press kits or publicity materials
• Serve as backup for freelancer access approval to IT
• Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as needed
• Some personal duties required
Knowledge and Skills:
• At least 1 to 2 years related experience
• College degree required
• Team player attitude
• Works great with all personality types
• Able to work with confidential information
• Must be proactive, multi-task, detail oriented, collaborative and work well under pressure
• Ability to perform with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills
• Heavy computer work, very Mac savvy, strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
