Looking for a Junior Executive/Creative Executive for the Film/TV division. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the development field of film/TV for North American productions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to developing on-going & future projects while coordinating with the project director, creating business plans, negotiating terms and deal points with producers/studios/financiers, researching, networking, reading scripts and materials, production scheduling and budgeting, etc. Occasionally will need to write coverage, schedule meetings, arrange travel etc. Candidates must be fluent in English, highly motivated, have great networking skills with Hollywood players, and have a flexible mind to work in a busy and demanding environment. (Japanese language skills and good knowledge of Japanese IP are a big plus.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
