Entry Level Executive Assistant
Well established boutique talent agency (the name of the company will already be posted) is seeking qualified candidates for a newly created position and exciting opportunity. We are seeking an individual to aid the company's partners in daily operations and management of the office. This job has potential for upward growth within the company.
The job duties shall include but are not limited to general office management duties, solicitation and pre-screening of new employees and interns, maintaining databases, troubleshooting computer issues, facilitating and handling all areas of contracts among the agency, clients, unions and productions companies.
The person we are seeking shall have basic knowledge of pc and mac. A history working with hosted exchange servers as well as a basic knowledge of computers and their functionality. This individual should have strong people skills both in person and on the phone, be a good multi-tasker, problem solver, self starter, able to work independently, takes initiative and implement new ideas with the approval of management. Some knowledge of HR functions would be an asset.
