Publicity Assistant

This is a Full Time Job

Amplify is seeking a motivated and organized Publicity Assistant to work with the Vice President of Publicity on their upcoming slate of films. This is a very hands-on position that requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to work independently and as a team as well as the ability to prioritize tasks.

General job responsibilities include:
• Press coverage reports
• Booking talent travel
• Liaising with press and talent representatives for pertinent materials
• Regional press outreach
• Film research
• Assisting with marketing asset creation

An ideal candidate will have a general interest in independent film; a background in communications and one year of in-house or agency experience is required.
