We are seeking an Administrative Assistant Intern to support the Sr. VP's of Production. This candidate will provide organizational and administrative support with organizing incoming and outgoing emails, manage scheduling of calendar, coordinate travel arrangements, internet research, type and compose correspondence and other duties as assigned.
The selected candidate will interact with various departments and requires exceptional organizational and time-management skills. This position will also interface with film & television, publishing & advertising executives.
Must be able to work independently and with little direction. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point. If you have Adobe Photoshop experience that is a plus.
Candidate will work off-site, must have Laptop, cell phone, internet connection and a reliable car. |
