AEM, a leading Entertainment Marketing and PR firm with major film studio and TV network clients, seeks a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant to the President/ Founder. The right candidate with the right attitude will gain major experience and major exposure to the film and television industry.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Manage calendars, handle emails, answer phones, and arrange travel
- General administrative duties, such as filing, overall organization, and stocking office supplies as needed
- Take meeting notes and aid in establishing action steps
- Track multiple project timelines
- Track invoices/receipts and compile expense reports
- Maintain and update contacts database
- Act as a team player and provide support to other departments when needed
QUALITIES CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS:
- Must be reliable, motivated, and willing to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Focused and able to take initiative; a self-starter
- Able to effectively prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner
- Exceptional organizational skills and extremely detailed oriented
- Should have good follow-through and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and a positive can-do attitude
- Must be able to communicate (written and verbal) with clients and vendors in professional manner
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 Years of relevant experience
- Bachelors Degree in related field (Communications, Marketing, Film/Television)
- Tech and Social media knowledge (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Experience with Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
- FileMaker Pro
- Proficiency in Mac OS
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus
