Help create the future of product-focused digital entertainment with Amazon! We're looking for a Sr Influencer Account Executive who can help us create and grow influencer partnerships. Success in this role requires influencer partner (our customer) obsession, ability to see the big picture and to deliver partnerships and programs that scale, and daily execution at the highest level of quality.
As a Sr Influencer Account Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing influencer content partnerships across all major product categories to drive video views, customer acquisition and engagement, and product sales. We are looking for a creative, intelligent leader who is a natural relationship builder, demonstrates strategic thinking, has deep knowledge of the influencer marketing space, and always Delivers Results. Specific responsibilities include:
• Identify & develop relationships with key bloggers and online influencers (new and existing)
• Define influencer acquisition success criteria, design structured and often sophisticated campaign tests, and analyze tests and ongoing campaign results
• Work with category partners to coordinate influencer partnerships with major initiatives
• Partner across finance, legal, and product teams to plan, test, optimize, and grow influencer content partnerships
• Communicate with internal teams to showcase results and identify needs
• Own key business metrics, support in-depth business reviews and present to senior management
• Analyze both external and internal data to prioritize and target prospective partners
• Explore and investigate influencer opportunities and partnerships on emerging/new platforms
• Closely partner with other teams to support marketing initiatives, strategic objectives and traffic goals
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 5 years experience in digital influencer marketing with a Social Platform, MCN, Talent Agency or Digital Agency
• Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across business units
• Successfully demonstrates delivering results in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment
• Intermediate knowledge of social and video content platforms, online marketing including SEO, SEM, website optimization, affiliate programs, influencer marketing etc
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in video/digital media industry a plus
• Intense customer focus (we really can't stress this enough)
• Demonstrated ability of creative problem solving
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to influence others
• Excellent organizational and data analysis skills; ability to derive actionable conclusions from large data sets
• Thinks strategically, but stays on top of tactical execution
• Track record of performance excellence and has relentlessly high standards

• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong ability to learn new tools quickly
