Full Time Job
The Post Production Coordinator's duties include, but are not limited to-- ownership and maintenance of expansive media and document libraries, light scheduling, facilitating internal and external screenings, aiding in research of new technology and innovating post procedures, as well as coordination with our production teams, mastering vendors and Amazon Content Operations team. An enthusiastic, team-oriented approach is essential. The position requires the ability to build effective working relationships inside and outside of the department. It is critical that the candidate possess mid-level technical fluency about film and digital deliverables for movies.
• Plan and maintain an annual calendar for Post Team
• coordinate delivery of materials to and from numerous outside vendors and distributors.
• Distribute assets to our internal PR, Marketing, and International departments as needed
• Manage all administrative support functions, including meeting preparation such as distributing copies, video and conference call coordination, supply ordering, team event coordination
• Help track key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items as needed
• Strong writing and verbal skills, particularly in communicating technical processes.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
2-4 years of feature post production and/or delivery experience
Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages in the production/post process
Strong organization and writing skills
Good work ethic and strong sense of urgency
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Studio, freelance, or vendor post experience
Experience with international and domestic deliverables
Knowledge and/or experience with UHD, HDR, and Film workflows
