Help create the future of digital entertainment with Amazon. Amazon.com is seeking an experienced digital content licensing executive within the Amazon Unscripted Content team with responsibility for the managing and expanding our content provider network internationally. The individual in this role will drive provider relationships with major studios, television networks and cable brands, with the mission of improving customer experience on Amazon Video by delivering comprehensive selection and superior customer experience to our Amazon customers. In this role you will be responsible for working with content providers in the US and internationally to negotiate license agreements and secure agreements for Amazons Unscripted content division.
In this role you will be responsible for:
• Identify new content opportunities and partnerships with US studios and local licensees.
• Negotiate license agreements with large and small content providers to secure high demand content for the service.
• Work closely with Amazon Video team leaders to develop new services and product offerings.
• Analyse results to drive improvements in acquisitions strategy.
• Develop and document acquisition plans, financial metrics and goals for senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement in all operational aspects of Amazon's relationship with its digital content suppliers

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• • Strong financial acumen and adept at quantitative analysis
• 4 years of experienced in a high volume account management, licensing or business development role
• Proven ability negotiating complex license or business development agreements in high pressure environments
• A track record of success in content licensing and/or business development
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Excellent data analysis and quantitative skills
• Ability to adapt to a quickly changing, fast-paced environment
• Strong working relationships with multi-national and local content providers
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Content licensing and/or business development experience, internationally
• Knowledge of digital video landscape, including solid understanding of digital video distribution technologies
• Strong interest and knowledge about movies & TV
• Movies & TV distribution/licensing experience helpful
