The Amazon Media Group seeks a talented, customer-obsessed Video Content Strategist to lead all AMG video ad integration, act as the subject matter expert (SME) for AMG video ads, and help build out our ability to drive AMG video experiences. This person interfaces with the AMG sales team to coordinate and facilitate incoming requests for AMG video opportunities. He or She will align closely with AMG clients, Creatives (Creative Directors, Producers, Copywriters) and 3rd party production resources to produce video ad campaigns.
• Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting advertiser business performance and combine the voice of the advertiser and the voice of Amazon as an input into video development.
• Define the territory, opportunities and goals (Input/Output) within the portfolio of accounts.
• Actively partner with Ad Operations, Sales and Creative teams to ensure the services team drives flawless execution and great customer service.
• Support revenue objectives while using executive-level judgment to balance the right business and customer tradeoffs to deliver on best in class advertiser and user experience of video content.
• Provide insightful and considered input into local and global projects
• Take the lead to identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships and the video component of advertising deals that drive competitive advantage and customer delight, and support strategic objectives on a global basis.
• Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management and account executive teams
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will audit, research, strategize, plan and lead the development and production of engaging video ad integrations for Amazon and its global brand partners across Amazon's media properties. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience integrating premium brands in video content, from development through production. He/She must be creative and process driven thinker. The role demands a forward thinking and innovative person, with the capacity to manage multiple projects in-flight while keeping an eye on the long-term vision. He or she will know how to focus on the strategy for the coming years and work backwards from an end goal to determine the appropriate next steps for execution. He or she will know how to plan and develop a video content program to meet business needs and advertiser scenarios, keeping in mind scale and efficiency.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. They will be a creative and analytical problem solver with a strong customer obsession, and an interest in the growing video advertising industry. We require a demonstrated ability to plan, research, and to set priorities, handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 4 years professional experience
• Experience creating visual content (video, multimedia, graphics)
• Exceptional writing skills
• Data analysis skills; bias for data-based decision making
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Experience working with creative and business teams simultaneously
• Experience using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions
• Account management experience with relationship management and negotiation skills
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
