Full Time Job
We are seeking a highly intelligent and results oriented individual with a passion for original content and entertainment to join our team. This Brand Manager will be responsible for strategizing and executing marketing campaigns for Amazon Original Series. He/she will also help with the development of advertising creative, media plans, social campaigns and data analysis. This position will be based in Santa Monica.
Responsibilities:
• Strategize and execute integrated marketing plans for a variety of shows, including dramas, comedies, unscripted and kids programming
• Drive buzz and awareness for assigned Amazon Originals
• Collaborate with and manage third-party agencies and internal stakeholders
• Work with owned & operated channel leads to maximize Amazon resources that will enhance each product launch
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance for learning opportunities
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 5-7 years of relevant marketing and team management experience with a major brand, marketing agency or digital/high-technology company
• Experience with creative development and media planning
• An understanding of marketing principles and communication tactics including various forms of digital/social, out-of-home, grassroots, TV/radio, and alternative marketing
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party agencies
• Positive can-do attitude with strong initiative and follow through
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and excel in a lean work environment
• Bachelor's degree is required in business, marketing or related fields.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• MBA Preferred
• Relevant marketing experience within entertainment or media industries
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work hard and roll up sleeves to get work done, even when at times it is outside job scope
