Assistant to Bookers in a growing Agency and Management company. The position will involve booking in our talent for castings, recalls, shoots; submitting on casting briefs with Booker, preparing submissions, Assisting Bookers with all their administration, pitching, licensing. Arranging castings and liaising with parent and booker. Dealing with continuity of bookings with client and parent on behalf of the booker. Submitting Booker's relevant talent to clients and casting directors
Keeping talent profiles updated on agency database and website. Keeping Artiste's CVs, portfolios and personal details up to date. Keeping Agency news pages up to date and chasing copies of work from Booker's clients. Working to quick and tight deadlines, so prioritizing a must. Attending Workshops, photo-shoots and drama schools to meet and work with all our talent. Uploading images from Agency photo shoots into the talent profile, spotlight and all other systems at the agency.
The Bookings Co-ordinator is like air traffic control, it is a pivotal role at the agency and requires someone with dynamism and get up and go.
Strong organizational skills an absolute must. Dynamic, enthusiastic and committed individual with a hands-on approach. Excellent computer skills. Professional and friendly telephone manner, Excellent Initiative, ability to juggle many tasks at once. Excellent work Ethic. Self-motivated, Positive and Quick learner. A committed person, flexible approach, with a good memory.
