Allison Shearmur Productions seeks smart, motivated interns, eager to learn the world of film and television producing for its Fall semester 2014 Development Internship Program.
Allison Shearmur Productions is a film and television company headed by former Lionsgate and Paramount President of Production Alli Shearmur (THE HUNGER GAMES, THE BOURNE IDENTITY, AMERICAN PIE). The company has a television producing deal with Lionsgate Entertainment and is based in Hollywood. Current projects include CINDERELLA (Disney) and the television show, ''American Psycho'' (FX).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: reading submissions, writing coverage, attending weekly meetings, pitching material to executives, online research, creative brainstorming, etc. Overall, the experience is meant to expose interns to the world of film and television development while at an intimate, but extremely active production company.
The position is unpaid and candidates must be eligible to receive college credit.
