Publicity Coordinator will work directly with Publicist on publicity/promotions in the Northern California markets for film clients. Coordinator must possess high communication skills and be able to complete tasks as demanded by the projects assigned to them. Duties include: assisting on press and promotional movie screenings, recruiting for core demographic audience for screenings of motion picture releases, creating retail and event promotions, assisting at movie - related events.
Allied Integrated Marketing in San Francisco handles the following movie studios for publicity and promotions in Northern California : Walt Disney Pictures, Universal Pictures, Twentieth Century Fox, Fox Searchlight, Warner Bros., Paramount Pictures, Film District, Summit, Focus Features, Roadside Attractions, Sony, Screen Gems, Sony Classics, Columbia, Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment, and more.
We are looking for a self-starter who is looking to learn and jump into various projects in addition to the day-to-day duties that will be required. Candidates must be professional, outgoing and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with moderate supervision. They must be able to work well under pressure, respect deadlines and have impeccable follow-up. Candidate must have a college degree and some writing experience.
