all3media is the UK's largest independent television, film, digital production and distribution company, which comprises of 20 production and distribution companies from across the UK, Europe, New Zealand and USA. We are currently seeking an EVP US Sales and Co-Productions for all3media International. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a highly successful senior management team in a newly created role.
Residing in Los Angeles, but reporting directly to the CEO for all3media International, this position will be responsible for:
• Brokering scripted co-production deals with US Channels and Platforms on behalf of all3media's internal and external production partners;
• All finished (tape) sales from all3media International's catalogue for the US territory;
• Seeking out US originated programme acquisitions opportunities (working with Head of Acquisitions based in London);
• Closing deal agreements across all media and across all3media International's catalogue in respective territories, from initiating interest via pitching through to closing, contracting and payment, reaching monthly and annual budgets;
• Assisting in devising and revising marketing and sales strategies for all content;
• Providing detailed forecasting for appropriate territory, as requested;
• Managing and updating the database of production deals and platforms in all territories and maintain and promote good working relationships corresponding on a regular basis, understanding their needs/ businesses;
• Providing monthly and weekly reports on sales deals, target clients and market developments;
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with all key internal stakeholders especially Head of Acquisitions; EVP Business Development, Digital and Insight; VP Global Sales, Digital; CFO and COO as well as President of all3media America.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate personal drive to help the company achieve its goals and objectives. They must demonstrate;
• Proven track record of co-pro's/ programme sales, with at least 10-15 years' experience within US and International markets;
• Deep understanding of the US media landscape and trends;
• Experience and knowledge of British content sector;
• Established ''best in industry'' reputation with media broadcasters and platforms;
• Self-starter, with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proven track record of managing small high performance team;
• Must be willing to travel.
