Search for Motion Graphics Designer / Editor jobs in Los Angeles-CA
We are looking for a Designer/Editor who is eager to work on a diverse set of online video projects and always looking to research, experiment and learn something new. Must be a passionate creative who has an impeccable eye for design and who can trade-off fluidly between a beautifully designed end product and tight deadlines.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Deliver cohesive visual aesthetic across digital platforms (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, Instagram)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to the company's visual brand identity through the creation of visual language concepts, mood definition, early design routes and various design materials across different digital media channels
Create graphics (still and motion), templates and other design assets for internal and external use
Collaborate with team members from other departments, be flexible and work organically
Support asset collection or creation to enhance visual deliverables
Create and animate illustrations, and infographics adapted from the pre-existing visual style
Maintain proper file structure and naming conventions
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
An ideal candidate would be someone highly motivated and organized with a keen eye for design, timing and video flow
Highly proficient in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator (Cinema 4D preferred but not required)
Up-to-date knowledge of design principles, best practices and emerging technologies
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Solid composition, typography, color and 2D Animation
At least 1-2 years professional experience
Manage deadlines and execute projects on-time
Must have reel or portfolio showcasing examples of bringing a project to life using video editing, animation, titles and graphic design.
