Role: Technical Product Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Define the product vision, metrics and goals for website
2. Identify product features, prioritize features and develop a product roadmap that would help achieve business goals
3. Write user stories and co-ordinate with engineers and external development company to get the features implemented, tested and perfected over time.
4. Identify, test, report and triage bugs for the website and work with engineering team to get them fixed
5. Work with admins and band management etc to collect product feedback and use that to inform the product roadmap
6. Conduct UI/UX research and testing to inform product development
7. Create mockups of features when necessary
8. Identify key metrics to track for the website and work on improving them over time, through data analysis and iterative design
9. Research, analyze, compare new and upcoming ecommerce platforms, trends, etc
Skills:
- Technical experience with Rails
- Experience writing user stories and UI/UX research
- Experience working as a product manager or a strong desire to learn product management with a background in software development.
- Experience with the ticketing industry, concert industry, ecommerce a plus
- Experience with social media, ads a plus
