Across the Board Talent Agency is an established SAG-AFTRA franchised bi-coastal talent agency seeking SEASONED talent agent for our theatrical division for our LA office.
We are a boutique agency that offers a personalized approach to our clients and talent.

Desired Qualifications:
· 2-4 years minimum Agency, Studio or Management experience.
· Knowledge of casting services.
· Existing relationships with casting directors and producers.
· Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
· Detail oriented with an eye for talent.
· Knowledge of SAG-AFTRA theatrical contracts.
· Extremely organized and able to manage multiple projects at once with minimal to no supervision.
· A team player and thrives in a collaborative environment.
· Goal driven with the ability to book talent and continue building the division.
· MS Office and PC proficient.
· Ability to maintain calm and collected demeanor under pressure.
