Full Time Job
Job Purpose: Provide the Branded and Creative Development teams with administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the development team, on both branded and creative projects
Create pitch materials using PowerPoint, Keynote and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Prepare and/or organize presentation and meeting materials
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including but not limited to conference room usage, ground transportation, travel itineraries and meeting agendas
- Manage calendar and process expense reports
- Other duties related to the above within Above Average as a whole, as assigned
Skills
- Excellent client service skills
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills a plus
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy and interactive environment
- Must be able to work with limited day-to-day supervision
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Qualifications
- BA Degree
- 1-2 years experience
- Previous experience in entertainment industry required
- Interest in and knowledge of comedy required
- Previous work in talent agency or Page Program preferred
- Team player able to support a team with shifting priorities
