POSITION SUMMARY
Assist sales staff in their efforts to maximize advertising revenue for A E Networks by maintaining client schedules, creating sales plans and supporting Account Executives as needed.
PRIMARY DUTIES
• Maintain client schedules, working internally with Sales Planning
• Coordinate delivery of commercial copy and integrated elements to Commercial Operations
• Communicate, via phone and email, with primary agency contacts regarding schedules and stewardship
• Respond to client requests in a professional and timely manner
• Build and revise sales plans as needed
Integrated Management
• Assist in creating and editing integrated sales decks
• Coordinate production, scheduling, and approval of integrated elements
Stewardship of Accounts
• Work with Sales Planning in managing delivery of client schedules
• Provide Post-Analysis report to agencies
Support Account Executive
• Provide back-up support to Account Executives
• Respond to client requests in a timely fashion
• Develop and strengthen client relationships by acting as an intermediary between daily contacts at agencies and A E Networks
Required Experience:
Required Experience:
BA/BS College degree required. Knowledge of television media and math concepts, along with proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point required. Candidate must possess excellent communication & organizational skills with ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment. The position requires an individual who is a team player and can handle multiple tasks at one time.
