POSITION SUMMARY
Direct execution of digital sales campaign implementation across display and video ad servers through internal and external resources. Develop, Improve, Organize and Implement work flow process documentation, skill development and training of internal and external resources to excel in trafficking and optimization of campaigns across desktop, mobile web, mobile application and OTT/STB platforms, devices and strategic partners points of distribution.
PRIMARY DUTIES
Management and Development of Resources of day to day trafficking of Digital Media Advertising Campaigns through Internal and External Partners:
- Manage the implementation of all digital media campaigns through
internal and outsourced trafficking resources (OAO) for desktop, mobile
web, mobile aps, OTT/STB and Distribution partner locations for
advertising campaigns.
- Ensure campaign implementation, tracking, optimization and fulfillment
requirements.
Perform Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Ad Operations Systems:
- Develop Processes and Implement work flow with Editorial, Marketing,
Sales & Technology teams to maintain and troubleshoot existing ad
products post launch across A E Networks Desktop web sites, Mobile
Watch Applications and Set Top Box products (Xbox/Roku etc).
- Direct QA/UAT on any new web site and web site section launches. In
depth knowledge of Sales Management solution (Operative), Ad Serving
platforms (DFP and Freewheel) and web sites CMS (The Platform) to drive
QA/UAT of ad tag architecture and data passing to drive ad serving
targeting capabilities.
Track and Evaluate Critical new and existing Video and Display Ad Placements:
- Develop in cooperation with Head of Yield Management and Head of Ad
Product Development reporting suites of various sources including
Operative, DFP, Freewheel, Tremor, Liverail, Rubicon, MediaTrust,
AdValidator to evaluate and identify on site ad placements issues to
target opportunities for improvement of ad products key performance
indicator (KPI's) levels.
Required Experience:
College degree, BS in Technology/Mathematics preferable. Managing Team of Digital Ad Ops Traffickers 1-2 years. Excel, HTML5, Flash. Trafficking experience in DFP and Freewheel Ad Serving Systems. Demonstrated capabilities in developing and evolving work flow processes and training materials
