POSITION SUMMARY
Work with ISPs, SSRs and ad sales management to maximize revenue across A E Networks through effective stewardship and inventory management. Train and develop new hires for Integrated Sales Planner and Analyst positions. Assist with Ad Sales reporting and analyses. Work with IT to push forward department's system enhancements.
PRIMARY DUTIES
• Assist with inventory management for all networks in your assigned network group. Work closely with Direct Response and manage ADU distribution to maximize revenue
• Closely monitor Stewardship for networks within your group to ensure advertiser audience delivery
• Meet regularly with ISPs to review and approve requests for under- delivery units for individual advertisers
• Become Ad Sales Planning Liaison with IT group regarding system enhancements and perform necessary systems testing
• Generate various analyses/reports from Ad Sales systems (BI, Panda) and manipulate reports in Excel
• Back-up to other Managers/Directors for plan approval
• Supervise, train and develop Ad Sales Planning Analysts and ISPs
Required Experience: College degree. Minimum of 2 yrs. experience in ad sales at a cable network as a planner or in an inventory/pricing group. Strong quantitative analytical and problem solving skills. Broadcast network experience a plus. Knowledge of Word & advanced Excel required. Gabriel integrated sales system, CPO, BI knowledge a plus.
