POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Director Compensation and HRIS, this position is responsible for job evaluation, survey management, senior executive employment contract administration, year-end compensation planning, and cash incentive administration. This position is also responsible for standard/ad hoc reporting and regulatory filings such as turnover, headcount, EEO-1, diversity reports…etc.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Compensation:
o Administer the year end compensation planning process.
o Conduct and participate in wage and salary surveys.
o Employment contract administration
o Perform formal job evaluations to determine salary/grade levels and compensation recommendations.
o Administer the incentive payment process. Obtain appropriate business leader approval.
• HR Systems:
o Develop process and procedure to facilitate the collection and entry of data for HRIS systems.
o Provide direction to HR Coordinator with HRIS responsibilities.
• Reporting & Analysis:
o Responsible for standard and ad hoc reporting requests.
o Competitive analysis of general and industry specific HR practices and policies.
• Complete AETN headcount and insure agreement with Finance headcount numbers.
• Manage EEO reporting to State and Federal agencies.
• Generate quarterly and year end diversity reports.
• Other projects as assigned.
Required Experience:
Strong Computer skills in Windows environment applications advanced
Excel and MS Word. Human Resources concentration in Compensation.
Must process strong statistical and analytical skills.
Minimum 1 year experience in compensation design, government regulations of state, federal & local laws and salary administration in a midsize company.
Required Education:
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
