Full Time Job
We are a management / production company.
We manage actors, writers, producers, directors, actor/musicians. Located at Crossroads of the World, Sunset / Las Palmas in Hollywood.
Duties
- Office hours - 10 AM to 6 PM / lunch - 1 PM to 2 PM
- Answer phones / roll calls
- All scheduling for the CEO, managers and clients
- Keeping all databases updated
- Sending appointments out to clients
- Editing self-tapes and occasionally, reels
- Assistance on company finances, i.e., bank deposits, scanning, filing, etc.
- Handling company's social media. Posting press, new clients and bookings to Instagram
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year entertainment industry experience as an Office Manager / Executive Assistant preferred
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- Familiarity with TalentPro
- Familiarity with Breakdown Services
- Familiarity with Mac, Microsoft Office, Dropbox & Google Drive
- A valid Driver's License and car in good working condition
- Prefer a green thumb
- Absolute punctuality
- Two year minimum requirement in this position
