ASCAP is seeking an exceptional individual to join our Team. As the assistant to ASCAP's Executive Producer you will play an important role in ensuring success throughout all of ASCAP's core events.
What are my main responsibilities?
• Supporting the Executive Producer with administrative functions
• Coordinating event logistics for the event participants, including ASCAP Staff, Production Team and Talent.
• Tracking and submitting expenses, invoices and budget allocations
• Scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars
