ARTech Holdings, LLC is a technology incubator and holding company with a mission to support the Live Arts by adapting best-in-class business tech solutions for Arts and Entertainment application. We seek a reliable, highly organized Bookkeeper/Office Manager to support the daily administrative and operational needs of this rapidly growing organization.
About the Job
The Office Manager will be responsible for developing intra-office protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, office supply purchasing, basic book keeping (payroll, paying bills and invoices etc). We're looking for an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats.
We are currently looking for a part-time (15-20 hours a week) bookkeeper, or for the right candidate, the position would be a full-time Bookkeeper/Office Manager.
Our ideal Bookkeeper and/or Office Manager has:
-Proven bookkeeping experience and is proficient with QuickBooks
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Must be organized with great attention to details
-Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
Founded by a band of ragtag-yet-highly-successful misfits, we believe that the tech space needs less bro and more show.
Aside from our shared love for the live arts and entertainment, we are united by our collective frustration over the fact that technologies common to the ''civilian'' business world just haven't been adopted and customized for the arts. Instead of complaining, we decided to do something about it.
