Job Title: Media Manager (Special Project/Consultant)
Job Description: The A-R-E Media Manager (Special Project) is in charge of managing the content, archive, and production needs between A-R-E's in house content team and our top tier special project clientele. This position requires the utmost respect in client discretion, as well as the ability to move quickly and with purpose in all project specific needs and actionable items.
Job Duties: The duties of the position include but are not limited to the following: media ingestion and digitization, archival management, meta-tagging, and light server and cold storage maintenance duties. Additional duties and skills sets in photo and video editing, budgeting and scheduling, and basic production management are plusses.
Job Requirements: This position requires knowledge of content management and editing systems with an emphasis on digitization and archival processes. Requires intimate knowledge of film and content production management. Work and experience in eco-systems such as Cat DV and Adobe Premiere/Prelude/Media Encoder are plusses. Requires 3-5 years in Content/Film Production experience with at least 1-2 years spent in post production and archivist roles.
