Bi-coastal Talent Agency seeks an assistant in its Talent department. This position requires a highly skilled individual who can take initiative while learning on the job. Someone with strong leadership qualities, excellent phone and communication skills. Person must be a strong multi-tasker who is detail oriented and has great follow through. Excellent computer skills needed. Especially seeking a personable and focused individual who has the ability to work in a fast paced office. A minimum of two to three years out of college is important. Experience in the entertainment industry is a must.

Requirements:
Previous industry experience: emphasis in talent preferred
Strong work ethic
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Qualifications:
College degree (preferred)
Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail
Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Professional appearance and presentation
Proficient with Word, Excel
Must be able to work independently with little supervision
