AMF is seeking an outgoing, well organized professional, with experience in sales and customer service, looking to work in the entertainment field. Candidates should also have familiarity with various pop culture events, TV shows, films, and music, plus a strong knowledge of the entertainment industry- key actors, artists, sports and digital stars. A passion for the entertainment industry is a MUST.
This is a coordinator role which involves handling sales-oriented tasks and displaying a high level of professionalism. The candidate will assist with pitching client projects, maintaining client relations, overseeing logistics, staying on top of entertainment news as well as assist with the management of the internship program. The candidate will also be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the company databases and talent grids.
This is a 3-month freelance to permanent position, based on the candidate proving commitment to the role. The Account Coordinator should be a detail oriented, a quick learner, understand how to manage the complexities of multi-tasking and sales, plus have strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills. Position may require additional evening or weekend event work. This is a great role for a go-getter interested in the entertainment industry. Prior sales experience is a plus.
This is a part time, freelance role which requires the candidate to work 6-7 hours a day/ 5 days a week.
Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong knowledge of the entertainment industry
Proficiency in English

Excellent verbal and written skills
Dedicated and hard working
Upbeat and positive attitude
Google Docs/Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

Preferred Experience:
1-2 years of sales and office experience.
Required Education:
BS/BA in Business Administration or relevant field
Certification in Sales or Marketing
