ABKCO Music and Records is a leading independent entertainment companies whose music publishing, record and film divisions are one of the most licensed properties in the world. The ideal candidate is a student or a recent college graduate with a degree in accounting, finance and or minor in music business.
The position would provide support to the finance department including accounting, bookkeeping, CD and Vinyl inventory control and high volume of data entry, filing and scanning.
If you are looking to gain further experience in the finance field with vast exposure to the music business industry and work for a medium-sized, fast-paced company then this is part-time position for you.
Requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (pivot tables, v-look ups)
• Knowledge of Sage 300 a plus
• Bank Reconciliation
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to keep information highly confidential
