Supervisor is responsible for managing the work flow of all Sales Service Representatives(SSR). Will assign tasks, respond to system issues, answer questions, and reinforce all policies and Procedures necessary to provide the best possible customer service to internal and external clients. They will elevate issues and concerns to the Manager, Sales Service as well as individual Account Executives. The Supervisor is also responsible for both on-boarding and ongoing training of SSRs. Qualification Requirements College degree (BA/BS)
Candidate must possess strong leadership skills. Excellent communicator. Organized. Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment. Experience with ad sales operating systems.
Sales Assistant experience a must. Proficient in Sales/Traffic based systems. Word, Excel, PowerPoint a plus.
