A E Networks is seeking a Senior Analyst to engage in audience discovery, data management, and data activation to support addressable media strategy for A E brands (A&E, HISTORY, LIFETIME, LMN, FYI) on digital platforms (desktop, mobile, connected devices), as well as linear television.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage DMP (Data Management Platform), creating useful audience segments, and ensuring proper data capture and data governance.
• Develop a more comprehensive view of digital visitors by manipulating an identity resolution platform and enriching CRM data.
• Activate first- and third-party data through DMP connections with DSPs and ad servers, and by querying a data warehouse using SQL.
• Support audience targeting efforts by establishing and validating delivery pipes to serve digital ads, and develop accurate delivery forecasts
• Perform user-level analysis on behavioral data to gain insight into the audience using ad-supported and subscription VOD products
• Work with ETL engineers to structure and aggregate data to meet business and analytical needs
• Support programmatic and direct Digital Ad Sales' audience targeting initiatives through creating and executing advertisers' custom segments, as well as evaluating the impact of custom segments.
Qualification Requirements
• 3-5 years experience with audience targeting, digital analytics, digital data management, digital ad operations, and/or working knowledge of ad/marketing technology
• Experience with a DMP (e.g. Krux, Adobe Audience Manager, BlueKai, Lotame)
• Experience with an identity resolution/data onboarding platform (e.g. LiveRamp, Neustar)
• Experience with tagging and performing analysis using a digital analytics platform (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, WebTrends Analytics)
• Experience performing analysis with relational databases using SQL
• Familiarity with syndicated research for television (Nielsen) is a plus
• Experience with data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Spotfire) is a plus
• Understanding of basic statistics is a plus
• Bachelor's degree
