The role goes beyond merely reporting of data, you are someone who is a good ''storyteller'', has the ability to analyse, interpret and visualise data, primarily with client needs in mind. You will report to the Director, Research. You should have a sound knowledge of market driven data analysis. The ideal candidate will be an expert in TV and related media/consumer research with background in broadcast networks, research agencies or media agencies. You will be well-versed in quantitative methodologies, with a good understanding of qualitative methodologies. You are someone who has a high degree of flexibility, can operate effectively in a very fast moving environment, and has a strong ability to multi-task under minimal supervision. You must be able to prioritize multiple assignments and be extremely detail oriented.

Responsibilities:
• You will work closely with Programming, Sales and Marketing to create strategic and customized research which is both informative and visually compelling
• You will largely be responsible for working with TV audience measurement research, as well as expected to support other function areas of research as required
• You will leverage on TAM research to create detailed analyses and reports covering networks, programmes and day-parts as well as contribute in discussions with Programming and other internal stakeholders.
• You will be responding to day-to-day research requests from Sales/Client Service by contributing research to business pitches and post-campaign reporting.
• You will track performance of programmes and work collaboratively with the Advertising Sales team to generate recap decks highlighting the value of our assets and value of A E Networks sponsorships to advertising partners.
• You will assist the Director of Research in managing custom research solutions and address advertising effectiveness, harnessing insights that will enhance the value of our audience to advertisers in new and effective ways. Qualification Requirements The Successful Candidate Requirement:
• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Management, Market Research, Engineering, related or equivalent
• Expert in TV audience measurement research (i.e. Peoplemeter, RPD), with familiarity in other related media/consumer research an added advantage.
• Prior relevant working experience with broadcast networks, research agencies or media agencies.
• Strong IT skills, highly proficient in Microsoft office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word). Proficiency in other statistical analytical tools like Tableau a plus.
• Meticulous with an eye for details and have strong coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude and with a drive to achieve results.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
