PRODUCTION FINANCE COORDINATOR- PROJECT BASED
Looking for a highly motivated individual with accounting experience in the media industry.
- Maintain and prepare financial reports to help the production management team accurately update working budgets.
- Process invoices, T&E reports, manage petty cash reconciliation for multiple projects.
- Manage digital and physical wrap books for multiple projects.
- Process Entertainment Partners timecards.
- Input costs and estimates in Global Visiting and working budgets.
- Manage PO system.
Must have strong Excel skills and be extremely precise and detail oriented.
Experience with Movie Magic Budgeting, Global Vista, and other accounting software is preferred but not required. Project assignment associates are hired and employed through a third party vendor with a duration/tenure of no longer than twelve (12) months.
