Full Time Job
Lifetime, FYI & LMN's Female Branded Content Group, is looking for a motivated candidate with 1-3 years experience to be part of a unique team within A E Networks 45th & Dean In-House Agency.
The selected candidate will be a valued team member by supporting the Creative Director and Producers with all logistical needs as outlined below as well as be asked to help assist with the ideation and pricing for sponsor RFPs on an as needed basis. The right candidate will have a proactive work ethic, be detail oriented/organized when it comes to the production process and deadlines, and be client services minded with strong communication skills.
• Track and maintain all partnership project budgets, including The reporting of end of month accruals.
• Manage project workflow, hiring producers, editors, and vendors when needed and assist Creative Director & Producers with any production needs
• Ensure invoices from vendor/producer are processed, uploaded, and paid in a timely manner.
• Create and manage all internal and external timelines enter into department Google calendar
• Schedule/Coordinate edit room allocation depending on network and project
• Handle all correspondence with vendors and freelancers on all projects regarding assets, feedback, and other details
• Handle correspondence with partnerships – manage communication, send on scripts, notes, and review links on all elements/stages of production timeline
• Create wiredrive links for rough cut review for Creative Director & clients.
• Work with programming & show production companies to get footage for particular projects loaded and ingested for editing. Know when hi-res footage needs to be requested and delivered to the vendor/edit room for up-res.
• Send requests/fulfillment forms for loading, screening, etc when needed for producers
• Oversee the post-production of all projects, finishing, tagging, graphics, VO, mixing and successful delivery to Stamford (includes working with POSTNY & LIBRARY). This includes creating slates and logs using OAP & WINMLS software to ensure proper delivery and inventorying. Deliver all final assets either through DFO or through FTP/edit support fulfillment forms
• Liaison with AdSales Partnerships to make sure all sponsor elements are approved, QC'ed, and delivered to department producers on any given project.
• Production Manage all shoots with production companies (or produce internally). Assist on Production Shoots when needed.
• Run weekly Production Meeting. Know what is going on with every project and what is due and forecast next steps- check in with partnerships, vendors…etc.
• Be the go-to person for vendor and freelance related questions
• Own the responsibility of reviewing all CMBs (Creative Marketing Brief) requests and proactively take next steps in setting up meetings, generating timelines or assigning the projects, etc.
• Work with Publicity, Legal/Business Affairs, Managers and Publicists to reach out to potential talent to pitch concepts and secure interest
• Basic Production Assistant Support: QC Links, Clip Pulls, File Request, Dub Request, etc
• Basic Administrative Support: Printing documents for meetings, maintain and update vendor production procedure documents, spot lists, producers guides, RFP count list as needed
• Attend all necessary meetings pertaining to the network and job responsibilities.
Qualification Requirements
• Knowledge of production and post-production workflows
• Proficient in both PC & Mac, Microsoft Office
• Must be well organized, capable of handling several projects simultaneously, have the ability to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines, and possess excellent intrapersonal skills.
Educational Requirements • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications/Advertising/Marketing/Video/Film Production or related field is preferred. Other Skills and Knowledge Please note project assignment associates are engaged to provide service to A E Networks on a temporary basis in connection with a specific project.
